ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Caleb Bailey
I'm a filmmaker, videographer, and editor based in Phoenix, Arizona.
I create under the name calebdidthat, a brand built around the idea that stories don’t need to be perfect. They just need to be honest.

My passion for filmmaking comes from curiosity. I’ve always been fascinated by how people connect through moments, expressions, and silence. It's all the small things that make a story feel real. Whether I’m shooting a Ad, editing a short film, or capturing an interview, my goal is always the same: make something that resonates.

I studied Digital Video Production at Pima Community College, where I learned to merge technical craft with creative storytelling. Since then, I’ve worked on a range of projects ranging from ads and short films to documentaries and personal interviews. I had the opportunity to screen my work with the Southern Arizona Film Society and the Nogales International Film Festival.
Each project has pushed me to grow, collaborate, and explore what storytelling can do when it’s grounded in authenticity.

For me, filmmaking isn’t just about visuals. It’s about empathy. I want my work to make people feel seen, to find truth in unexpected places, and to leave audiences thinking long after the credits roll.
If you’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, passionate, and ready to turn ideas into emotion driven visuals...
you’re in the right place.

Let’s make something real.
